The Narrative Pivot is a 90-minute DUMB™ Leadership Lab designed to help leaders recognize and shift the internal language that shapes how they interpret pressure, responsibility, and progress.

Most reactions are not created in the moment. They are often influenced by a running internal narrative that frames how a situation is interpreted before a response ever takes shape. When that narrative goes unnoticed, it can quietly create consistency in decisions, behavior, and outcomes.

In this lab, you will identify patterns in your internal dialogue and examine how they influence the way you interpret situations, make decisions, and respond under pressure. From there, you will begin practicing how to redirect that narrative in a way that better supports the direction you are choosing.

When the language shifts, the experience begins to shift with it.
