Garrett brings a blend of leadership experience, teaching, coaching, technical expertise, and organizational insight to his work. His background includes managing teams, teaching at the college level, supporting technical environments, and helping people develop the clarity and confidence needed to move forward.
His approach to leadership is shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation. Garrett believes people can grow when they begin to see themselves differently and when leaders create environments where growth, contribution, and ownership become possible.
