The Mirror Principle is a 90-minute DUMB™ Leadership Lab designed to help leaders understand how their internal standards shape the performance of those around them.
Teams do not operate independently of their leader’s beliefs. Over time, they often begin to reflect the level of certainty, expectation, and limitation being modeled. This can create a ceiling that is difficult to see but consistently reinforced.
In this lab, you will examine how your current standards are influencing the environment around you. You will begin to see where your own growth is connected to the growth, confidence, and performance of your team.
