The Mirror Principle is a 60-minute DUMB™ Leadership Lab designed to help leaders understand how their internal standards shape the performance of those around them.
Teams do not operate independently of their leader’s beliefs. Over time, they begin to reflect the level of certainty, expectation, and limitation that is modeled. This creates a ceiling that is often invisible but consistently reinforced.
In this lab, you will examine how your current standards are influencing your environment. You will begin to see where your own growth is directly tied to the growth of your team.
