The Leader of One
From this point forward, when opportunities, commitments, and habits present themselves, you can measure them against a clear standard. This facilitated leadership development DUMB™ workshop is designed to help you define that standard so your decisions reinforce the person you are becoming rather than keeping you operating as you have been.
Owning Your Direction in a World of Expectations
We all carry responsibilities that are not optional. Beyond those, there is a space where choice exists in what we pursue, what we prioritize, and how we direct our time and energy. Most people never fully examine that space, and over time, effort builds in directions that look right on the outside but feel disconnected to what we are pursuing.
Leaders Will
- Revisit the SMART goal framework and apply it in a more aligned way
- Understand how to move through resistance when pursuing bold goals
- Ensure decisions about time and energy connect to aspirations not expectations
- Leave with a refreshed approach to goal setting and step more confidently into being the leader of their own life.
What This Workshop Is
In this interactive mini workshop, leaders will use a mixture of self-assessments, focused reflection, and peer-to-peer discussions to explore which choices have been made intentionally versus which have been imposed from external sources.
Who This Workshop Is For
- Leaders making progress but questioning whether it is pointed in the right direction
- Leaders navigating important decisions without a clear sense of what truly fits
- Leaders feeling the pull of expectations while defining what they actually want
The Leadership Cohorts
Individual Cohorts: For the practitioner or leader navigating internal friction. These scheduled cohorts provide a contained environment to audit the belief structures and “snap-back” effects that stall execution. These sessions are limited to those ready to move past surface-level tools and into a practice of systemic coherence.
Organizational Cohorts: For executive teams and leadership layers requiring stabilization. We offer the DUMB™ Labs as an intensive diagnostic to identify where strategic intent and operational reality have drifted apart. This is a move away from managed pressure and toward a shared sense of direction.
