The 1:1 Leadership Alignment Lab is designed to help you examine one leadership friction you are ready and willing to work on. Together, we will use The DUMB™ Leadership Workbook to look beneath the surface of the issue, understand what has been pulling you into the familiar response, and build a next step that is intentional, aligned, and realistic.

This is not motivational coaching or a quick-fix strategy session. It is a structured process for understanding the pattern beneath the leadership reaction so you can choose your next response with more clarity.

What we will work through

Across three 90-minute sessions, we will examine:

Session 1: The Situation and the Reaction
We clarify the leadership friction, what keeps happening, what you tell yourself in the moment, and how pressure is shaping your reaction.

Session 2: The Belief and Familiar Result
We look at the belief, self-image, or protective pattern that may be keeping the familiar result in place.

Session 3: The Aspiration and Aligned Action
We define what you actually want to build, who you need to become to practice that direction, and one aligned SMART action to move forward.
