The Instruction Audit
When a pattern repeats often enough, it can start to feel like how you are in that situation. That is where this becomes more than behavior and begins to shape identity. This leadership mindset DUMB™ Lab gives you a way to notice those patterns in real time so you can understand what is influencing your response in the moment.
Why clear Direction Still Leads To Inconsistent Results
This leadership mindset workshop focuses on what happens between instruction and action, where belief patterns shape how leaders interpret direction and follow throughWe often assume that if the right strategy or instruction is in place, things will begin to shift. In many cases, the direction is already known. What becomes less clear is what happens between knowing and actually doing, and why the same instruction can lead to different results over time.
Leaders Will
- Identify how instructions can be interpreted differently and lead to different results
- Map how thoughts, feelings, actions, and results connect to create behavioral patterns
- Recognize how underlying beliefs shape interpretation and influence follow-through in real situations
- Apply goal-setting in a way that reinforces identity rather than relying on short-term effort
What This Workshop Is
This workshop helps participants examine what happens between instruction and action and how patterns are formed. Through reflection and structured exercises, they begin to understand how to create more consistent follow-through.
Who This Workshop Is For
- Those who know what to do but struggle to follow through consistently
- Those experiencing repeated patterns that do not align with their intentions
- Those looking to understand what is shaping their actions and results
The Leadership Cohorts
Individual Cohorts: For the practitioner or leader navigating internal friction. These scheduled cohorts provide a contained environment to audit the belief structures and “snap-back” effects that stall execution. These sessions are limited to those ready to move past surface-level tools and into a practice of systemic coherence.
Organizational Cohorts: For executive teams and leadership layers requiring stabilization. We offer the DUMB™ Labs as an intensive diagnostic to identify where strategic intent and operational reality have drifted apart. This is a move away from managed pressure and toward a shared sense of direction.
