The Performance Thermostat
You’ve already proven that you can operate at a higher level. That was never the question. This performance consistency DUMB™ Lab workshop helps you understand why that level hasn’t held and what it takes for it to become part of how you operate.
Why Higher Performance Doesn’t Always Hold
Most people have already proven they can operate at a higher level than they consistently sustain. This is not a question of potential. The question is why that level does not hold, and what causes performance to return to what feels normal over time, even when the capability is already there.
Leaders Will
- Identify the level of performance their system is currently set to consistently maintain
- Recognize how they regulate both spikes and drops in performance
- Understand how self-image influences behavior and reinforces their current level of performance over time
- Apply goal-setting in a way that supports identity shifts rather than temporary performance increases
What This Workshop Is
This workshop helps participants examine why higher levels of performance do not sustain and what regulates their current baseline. Through structured reflection, thery shift from temporary effort to consistent performance.
Who This Workshop Is For
- Those who have performed at a higher level but cannot consistently sustain it
- Those noticing patterns of progress but return to familiar performance levels
- Those looking to create consistency instead of relying on short-term effort
The Leadership Cohorts
Individual Cohorts: For the practitioner or leader navigating internal friction. These scheduled cohorts provide a contained environment to audit the belief structures and “snap-back” effects that stall execution. These sessions are limited to those ready to move past surface-level tools and into a practice of systemic coherence.
Organizational Cohorts: For executive teams and leadership layers requiring stabilization. We offer the DUMB™ Labs as an intensive diagnostic to identify where strategic intent and operational reality have drifted apart. This is a move away from managed pressure and toward a shared sense of direction.
